"Our family's experience at Courtney's office has been absolutely exceptional over the last couple years. We have had several insurance changes (auto, personal articles, life, and supplemental health) which required multiple office visits and phone calls. Courtney offered transparent and knowledgeable advice for each policy change we needed (without being pushy) and patiently explained anything that my wife and I were unsure about. Courtney even reviewed our current supplemental health policy through my work and compared it to their rates - she then recommended we keep the policy through work. That spoke volumes about Courtney's character and proved that she had my family's best interest at the forefront. We couldn't be happier with having Courtney and her team as our insurance provider. "My car windshield was damaged, one phone call to Courtney who told me not to worry, the entire repair/ replacement was covered and my cost would be zero. She took care of sending the claim to the glass company and whatever paperwork it entailed. All I had to do was show up with my car and voila… I have a brand new windshield at no cost to me as well as no hassle! Very impressed with Courtney and her staff!"
